Post-TAVR Neo-Sinus Geometry and Impaired Ventricular Recovery Are Associated with Early Leaflet Thrombosis: First MDCT Insights from Vietnam

Une thrombose précoce des feuillets après TAVI a été retrouvée chez 31 % des patients, principalement sans symptômes. Une anatomie particulière du néo-sinus et l’absence de récupération de la fonction ventriculaire gauche étaient associées à cette thrombose.
Early leaflet thrombosis after TAVR was found in 31% of patients, mostly without symptoms. Specific neo-sinus anatomy and lack of left ventricular recovery were associated with HALT.
